Cris Mendonca
Pilates became Cris’ passion in 2016 when it helped her recover from a chest injury. Cris was instantly inspired by the strength of the women in her classes. The women were over sixty years of age and Cris quickly realized she wanted to be just as strong when that stage of life came around. This experience inspired Cris to change careers and pursue a Pilates Certification at Orange Coast College in order to share the incredible benefits of Pilates with others. Her fascination with movement led Cris to further specialize as a Senior Fitness Specialist and Gerontologist. Eventually becoming a Master Trainer, Cris wanted to share the Pilates knowledge and to help people become instructors. Cris is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all ages.
