Brooke has been with Club Pilates since 2019. She has an extensive background in dance, gymnastics and is currently an AAU/USA Junior Olympic Diving Coach. She holds a BS in Physical Education, an MA in Athletic Administration and Psychology of Sport and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. Her love of Pilates began when she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She's used Pilates as a rehabilitative measure. She was embraced by the community and instructors which provided her the support she needed. Now Brooke is a Master Trainer in an attempt to pay it forward. It is her desire to give back to the community, mentor instructors and help those deepen their practice. Her mantra is "keep moving!"
