Katy Roelle
Katy has been a studio owner and Pilates educator for over 25 years. She has been the Lead Instructor at the Roswell Club Pilates for 5 years. Katy grew up studying dance, theatre and voice. When not teaching dance or Pilates, she spends time with her family including 2 large breed dogs and a cat!

Katy Roelle

Katrina (Katy) Roelle, NCPT certified, has been teaching and educating in the Pilates method of exercise in the Atlanta area since her return in 1997. She has been a
studio owner and Pilates educator for over 25 years. Her expertise and years of experience make her a sought-after Educator by dancers, high level Athletes, Pilates
aficionados and Physical therapy referrals. Katy continues to have a connection with countless instructors that she has trained to share the Pilates Method. She has
conducted 10 Teacher training courses for Club Pilates. Two of which were for the Corporate Accelerated program in Atlanta. She has been the Lead instructor at the Roswell Club Pilates studio for 5 years. Her favorite Pilates projects are creating Workshops/CECs and mentoring new Pilates Instructors. Katy continues to study movement principals and has trained in several Pilates styles. Other continuing education/ certifications include TRX, Leslie Benders Barre with Pilates focus, Grid Trigger point/myofascial release, CPR, Body alignment/injury prevention.

Katy started her Pilates journey in 1987 when she moved to Southern California after receiving her BFA in Dance from FSU. While pursuing her professional dance career, Katy continued her Pilates training for 8 years at Studio du Corp under the guidance of Diane Defenderfer. Katy was a dancer on Princess Cruise lines, Fitness professional at the Golden Door and danced and taught at the acclaimed Jimmy DeFore dance Center.

Katy grew up studying dance, Theatre and voice in Atlanta. While in high school, Katy performed in the shows at Six Flags over GA. She received her BFA in Dance from FSU. While attending FSU She toured with Dance Touring Theatre. She was a long-time member of Lee Harper and Dancers, performed in 9 Operas with the Atlanta Opera, Danced with the Atlanta Symphony in the yearly Halloween and Holiday shows and ASO Symphony Street shows. She is currently in her 24th season of teaching ballet at Rhythm Dance Center. Katy has owned Reformation Pilates Studio and training center since 2000. When not teaching dance or Pilates, Katy spends time with her family including two large breed dogs and a cat!
