Cathy Hannon has been a Master Trainer for Club Pilates since 2019 and a group fitness instructor for over 20 years. She has both classical and contemporary training by Peak Pilates and Balanced Body.
She also holds certifications from PeakTRX, Barre Above with Pilates Focus, and TriggerPoint. She has also trained Instructors in Les Mills and Reebok formats.
