Keisha has worked in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and has practiced mat Pilates for several years. But after taking her very first reformer Pilates class in Chicago over five years ago, she was hooked! She began seeing the benefits of Pilates immediately as it helped alleviate her low back pain and also helped her rehabilitate after three major surgeries. Along with earning a degree in exercise science, she obtained her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates training through Club Pilates Teacher Training, along with certifications in TRX, BarreAbove with Pilates focus, and TriggerPoint Functional Movement Training.
