Heidi is a comprehensively certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and Club Pilates Master Trainer. Heidi holds certifications in RX, Barre, Functional Movement and Equine Massage Therapy with an elite athletic background in Equine Endurance Racing and Downhill Mountain Racing. Her classes are athletically based with a special focus on those recovering from severe injuries such as Achilles tendon rupture, hip and knee replacement and shoulder surgery. Out of the studio, she loves to spend time with her Arabian horses Jamison and Ozark. Join Heidi for fun and laughter while getting stronger each and every time.
