A passionate advocate for holistic mind, body, and spirit wellness and transformation, Sara fell in love with Pilates while teaching yoga and meditation at a Pilates studio in 2013. She earned her Pilates certification from Pilates Sports Center in 2014 and Balanced Body in 2017 and a 500-hour Master Yoga certification in 2010. Sara has been a Master Trainer for Club Pilates since 2018. Her teaching style is a unique mix of alignment and flow.
