Keeley has been teaching Pilates since 2008 and practicing since 2000. Her passion for Pilates as a rehab and training modality has saved her back and body, as well as countless clients she has worked with over the last 16 years. Pilates is the gift that keeps on giving. The possibilities are limitless in which Pilates can benefit your body, mind and spine, which ultimately brings you a sense of ease, calm and strength to find your highest potential.
Studying dance, Pilates and other modalities in NYC for 13 years, Keeley has gained an eclectic array of tools and perspectives to teach Pilates in various environments and from different points of view. Regardless if she is teaching a one-on-one to a mature practitioner with many restrictions, or an advanced class to seasoned movers, she brings an easy energy that motivates clients to connect to their bodies in fresh new ways.
Keeley started her movement journey hanging from monkey bars at 3 and jazz class at 5, and continued dancing and playing sports through high school. She graduated from University of Iowa in 2006 with a journalism and dance degree. She pursued a dance and Pilates career in NYC from 2007-2020 studying with many greats like Lolita San Miguel, Mi Valentin, Eric Franklin, Trent McEntire, Darya Bronsten, Susan Klein, David Dorfman, The Architects, Alexandra Beller, Kendra Portier, to name a few.
Keeley continues her Pilates journey working as an instructor at East Austin Club Pilates as well as a Club Pilates Master Trainer. She is forever grateful to Club Pilates for giving her a home and helping her to grow as a teacher and spread the joy that is Pilates. She is thrilled to take on the challenge of passing the torch to new Pilates teachers and continuing to learn and grow from her clients and students.
