Kim Fielding is a leading educator in the Pilates method, with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and more than a decade as a Master Teacher. She has trained, mentored, and certified hundreds of Pilates instructors, authored teacher training programs with manuals, and developed innovative fitness and mind-body programs. She is dedicated to shaping the next generation of Pilates instructors and gives them the tools and confidence to become highly skilled instructors. She integrates rehabilitation, movement science, and mind body wellness to help instructors develop a comprehensive, results driven approach to teaching. Kim’s teaching philosophy is rooted in balancing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—helping clients and students move beyond limitations and step into their full potential. She believes in “teaching people at their excellence to create magnificence.”
Currently, she serves as the Director of Pilates for eight Club Pilates locations under the Deblankson Fitness Group, overseeing the Pilates programming, Leads, instructor education, and client experience. She previously held the role of Director of Teacher Training at Gramercy Pilates NYC and was the owner of KF 360 Pilates, Wellness & Movement Studio in NYC.
With over 10 years of experience as a Rehab Specialist in physical therapy clinics, Kim has worked extensively with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. She has collaborated with physical therapists and medical professionals to develop corrective movement strategies for a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, as well as pain management and movement efficiency- knowledge she brings directly into her teacher training.
With an unwavering passion for teaching, movement, and holistic wellness, Kim continues to innovate and inspire in the Pilates and fitness world, helping clients and students reach their full potential—mind, body, and spirit.
