Club Pilates, the nations largest boutique Pilates franchise, has signed a franchise agreement to bring a total of three new studios to the San Antonio area over the next 18 months, according to a press release. The franchise owners have plans to bring studios to San Antonio and San Marcos. Currently, the closest Club Pilates location is in New Braunfels.
