Club Pilates, a Costa Mesa-based Pilates studio franchise, is opening locations in Fullerton and Brea. The Fullerton club at 1313 S. Harbor Blvd. is already open for a soft trial. The Brea location will be open by years end. Its address has not yet been announced. Classes at the Fullerton studio cost $25. Monthly packages also are available.
