Hi, I’m Julie. By day, I’m a designer at an in-house creative agency, and in the evenings, I teach fitness. I’ve taught yoga (vinyasa, flow, and aerial) for more than 20 years, but it wasn’t until I took my first Pilates class at CP that I knew I had to dive deeper and bring this practice to others. Pilates has completely changed how I approach fitness. It’s anatomy-based, and all about control and moving with intention. So many of us go through life disconnected from our bodies, and Pilates helps bring that connection back. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain or just want to get stronger, more flexible, and balanced, it’s for everyone.
