My journey as a certified Pilates instructor began in 2007 through my own path of healing. After experiencing a knee injury and herniated disc, I discovered the transformative power of Pilates, which helped me maintain an active lifestyle and avoid surgery until 2022. The reformer then became my trusted companion in post-surgery rehabilitation, deepening my firsthand understanding of its remarkable healing potential.
With 25 years as a nutritionist as my foundation, I've woven together a unique tapestry of wellness practices including Hatha Yoga, Thai Massage, and Breath Work. My spiritual journey through Reiki and Crystal healing adds another dimension to my understanding of total well-being, allowing me to bring a truly integrative approach to my Club Pilates classes.
In our sessions together, you'll experience the perfect blend of precise alignment, mindful breathing, and imaginative cues that make each movement both purposeful and accessible. Drawing from my experience leading retreats and corporate wellness programs, I understand that every body tells its own story and deserves its own unique approach to movement.
