"I grew up watching my mom do Pilates as a retired dancer displaying firsthand how this practice facilitates lifelong agility and mobility. As a retired musician, Pilates has given me a second career that thrills and excites me. My own Pilates practice has helped me heal injuries, build symmetry and gain strength. I am passionate about helping others and love to incorporate functional fitness moves into the classical Pilates repertoire. I gain inspiration from the wonderful Club Pilates community and look forward to seeing you in class soon!"
