Michelle started her career in fitness in her early 20’s. She got hooked on group classes and became an AFAA certified instructor. She spent the next 30 years teaching aerobics, step, aqua, indoor cycling, yoga and Pilates. Michelle has been a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor since 2006. She enjoys helping clients achieve their fitness goals through the mind, body and breath connection of Pilates. In her free time you can find Michelle enjoying long walks, hiking and paddle boarding.
