Kendra
Instructor
Kendra is a pilates instructor based out of Shelburne, Vermont, who has been teaching pilates in person and online since 2018. Kendra discovered pilates over a decade ago, as part of her acting training in college, and within a few sessions, quickly found that it improved her alignment and increased her strength and mobility. And as a type1 diabetic, pilates became an essential part of her wellness routine.
Over her years teaching, Kendra has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clientele across multiple demographics, including children, having had experience with developing a pilates program for adolescents struggling with mental health during the pandemic. Aside from pilates, Kendra enjoys hiking throughout the trails of Vermont, performing theatre, and hosting dinner parties and summer barbecues.
Kendra has been a part of the Club Pilates community since its opening in June of 2023, and considers it to be a home base and welcoming community that she is grateful to be a part of. She looks forward to helping you achieve your pilates goals, whether you are just getting started with your practice or are at a more advanced level. She looks forward to helping you move!
