Jessica was introduced to fitness at a young age to help strengthen her body to be at top peak performance for softball. She went on to receive an athletic scholarship to play softball at UC Santa Barbara. While at UCSB she began her yoga practice and enjoy the length and deep stretching that yoga offered. A few years later in 2019 she took her first Pilates class and instantly fell in love. As it combined the strength from weight training and lengthening of yoga. Jessica was trained through Club Pilates and is actively learning and seeking out knowledge to deepen her practice in various aspects of fitness.
