Diane knew from her first Pilates class in 2014 she found a way to exercise that fits her best. She loves the low impact, lengthening, and stretching movements and feels it is a challenge at every level. With a focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination it really is a great workout for anyone, for life! She looks forward to helping you discover the benefits of Pilates full body workouts. She suffers from ailments many can relate to including plantar fasciitis, as well as bursitis from repetitive movements from years of hairstyling and workouts that were hard on her joints. Diane enjoys cooking, baking, bike riding, kayaking, camping, and loves staying active.
