As a busy mom of three and an avid runner, Melissa M first started taking Pilates classes as a way to alleviate her plantar fasciitis pain. After seeing the additional core strength and flexibility benefits she was getting from her Pilates practice, she was hooked. An avid marathon runner, after completing her comprehensive Pilates instructor training certification Melissa created a Pilates for marathon runners program. Melissa is enjoying the multiple class types that Club Pilates offers and loves learning more about the members!
