Connie, a Houston native, has been a lifelong athlete, fitness enthusiast and health advocate. She was an avid runner and yoga practitioner for years before her passion for Pilates began. Upon completing her first class she was hooked on how challenged she felt mentally and physically during the low impact and stabilizing routine. Adding Pilates to her workout regimen brought new meaning to body awareness, improved her posture, and increased her strength and mobility. Motivated by the significant changes she recognized within herself, she found Pure Body Teacher Training to deepen her understanding and master the Pilates method. With her new love and appreciation of the practice, Connie has made teaching Pilates her career and is passionate about sharing all the benefits it has to offer. She utilizes her expertise to provide a class with active transitions that flow from exercise into the next to ensure you will leave invigorated and confident after your 50 mins with her.
