Lucy has always had a passion for growth, expansion, and wellness, both personal and physical. Lucy was first introduced to Pilates as a fitness instructor. Quickly realizing that the Pilates principles she learned were beneficial for every body, she shifted her focus from teaching at local gyms to buying two Pilates studios. Lucy holds a comprehensive Pilates certification from Balanced Body and Pilates Sports Center, and is a Master Trainer for both entities.
Lucy's other passions include traveling, spending time with family, and exploring North Carolina as a recent transplant from California.
