Melissa has always been passionate about staying active, practicing healthy habits, and finding your happy place. She has been a fitness instructor for 21 years through Jazzercise. She has taught Dance Mixx, HIIT, Strike and Strength classes, and loves the stress relief and calorie burn from exercise. After attending just one Pilates class, she knew immediately she wanted to add Pilates to her teaching resume. She loves the combination of strength, balance, and core challenges from Pilates. She enjoys teaching on all apparatus and using props for that extra burn! Melissa loves challenging students and celebrating their successes. Her philosophy is work hard, play harder and laugh!
