Ann fell in love with Pilates during the pandemic and her passion has continued to grow after witnessing the changes to her body both physically and mentally. She is addicted to the rush of endorphins Pilates brings and the art of moving with control using one’s breath. Less than a year after becoming a Club Pilates member, she joined the Teacher Training program to enhance her knowledge and self-practice. The more she learned, the more she realized teaching Pilates and immersing herself deeper in the wellness space fueled her soul and aligned with her goal to live a well-balanced and happy life. As a former fashion editor and stylist, Ann is dedicated to making her client’s look and feel their best and her fascination with the beauty of controlled movement, perfecting form and alignment, and strengthening the mind-body connection are key components to her classes.
