Prior to Pilates, I had training in ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop dance. I joined Club Pilates as a member in 2018 and immediately loved it. In 2022, I decided to further my Pilates practice and become an instructor. I love sharing my passion and excitement for Pilates with the members. While Pilates centers on strengthening your core, it can also be used to help heal your body from injuries. I’ve used Pilates exercises to rehab my body after knee surgery and again after a car accident with great success. When I’m not at the studio, I am usually camping with my husband and dogs, off-roading with my Jeep friends, or at my barn riding my horses.
