I delved into fitness from a very early age. As a swim team member, we were encouraged to support and mentor fellow teammates, and I fell in love with kinesiology, physiology, and teaching. When I was 12 years old, I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and was told I would be in a wheelchair by 16. I became very motivated to learn as much as I could about diet and fitness. My adventure into Pilates and Physical Therapy began 21 years ago as a personal trainer. I knew I found my purpose in this world. Club Pilates came to me almost two years ago, and I love being part of this wonderful team of colleagues and our amazing members! Club Pilates is something very special. Outside of Club Pilates, I enjoy my other businesses, hiking, museums, taking classes, spending time with the people I love & traveling. Pilates is a lifelong endeavor!
