I was introduced to Pilates 18 years ago, through a few mat classes and then home workouts. I gained significant weight with my pregnancies and had gestational diabetes with my youngest. I decided to focus on my health. I joined Club Pilates over 4 years ago and have worked hard to reach my fitness goals, losing over 40 lbs. I enjoy helping others work on their fitness goals and seeing the excitement as they are seeing the changes.
Outside of Pilates, I enjoy spending time with my 4 children and getting outside (preferably kayaking at the beach) as often as possible.
