I am originally from Philadelphia, PA. I lived there for 20 years, attended Penn State University to study Health Management, and recently relocated to Raleigh. While in the midst of trying to figure out what path to take in life, I found myself drawn to learning more about the human body through fitness and nutrition. While in college, I became a certified personal trainer and certified fitness nutrition specialist, so I could work hands on with people to help them achieve their goals. My background includes working with a broad range of clients, but more specifically athletes looking to progress to a collegiate level. I love Pilates for a lot of reasons, but mainly because it truly is beneficial for everyone. After beginning my Pilates practice, I started to notice changes very quickly in my core strength, mobility, and flexibility. When I am not at the studio, I enjoy being outside, weight lifting, running, baking, and reading. My main goal is to show others how powerful and beneficial daily movement can be!
