Hey there, lovely souls! I'm Grace Major, and I'm thrilled to be your dedicated Reformer Pilates instructor on your incredible wellness journey. Let me take a moment to share with you why I'm so deeply committed to teaching Reformer Pilates and guiding you toward a lifelong, active movement routine that's not only effective but also mindful of your body's well-being.
My journey into the world of fitness and wellness started like many others: I was searching for a way to stay active, strong, and vibrant throughout my life, while also minimizing the risk of injuries that can, unfortunately, come with some high-impact workouts. Having always been a lover of active movement, I stumbled upon Reformer Pilates and instantly knew I had found my passion.
The Reformer Pilates method resonated with me on a profound level because it prioritizes the harmony between strength, flexibility, and body awareness. As someone who believes that movement should be joyful, sustainable, and nurturing, I found Reformer Pilates to be the perfect embodiment of these values. The precision and control involved in every exercise fascinated me, as they not only challenged my body but also encouraged me to be present in each moment.
My journey has also been marked by overcoming injuries and setbacks, which is why I am so dedicated to teaching in a way that's safe, supportive, and sustainable.
