Sue S.
Instructor
I live in Morrow, Ohio with my husband John, my grandson James, and 5 cats. I am a mother of two adult sons and a daughter.
I have an associates degree in Graphic Arts from the AIC College of Design. I enjoy silversmithing as a hobby and have an Esty Shop called DalaHorse Metal Arts. I have a lifelong love of animals and have enjoyed riding horses for many years in Hunter-Jumper and Dressage. I perform weekly volunteer work at a local animal shelter and have adopted several “special needs” animals that have brought great joy to our family.
My Pilates journey began over 5 years ago when I began taking classes. I enjoyed my classes enough to pursue Teacher Training in June 2018. I graduated in November 2019 and have been teaching ever since. I've become additionally certified in Barreabove-Pilates Focus and Extreme Chaos HIIT Training.
I enjoy seeing my students progress and get stronger as they pursue their own learning experiences. I’ve continued to enhance my knowledge and skills by studying with a leading Pilates Instructor who has become my Advanced Training Mentor.
I am dedicated to Pilates more than ever, and I’m grateful for my opportunities to personally advance and share my knowledge with my students.
As an instructor I appreciate that Pilates is a continuous improvement process for all levels.
