Rina, a native New Yorker, is a dynamic and passionate fitness instructor with a rich background as a lifelong performer and artist. She is a personal coach and recently retired from a rewarding career as a doula trainer. Rina embarked on her fitness journey in her forties, focusing on strength and mobility training, and faced a significant setback due to an accident five years later. After nearly two years of recovery, Rina discovered the transformative power of Pilates, embracing techniques to overcome her limitations and rebuild strength. Now, she is excited to share her knowledge and experience with the diverse members of the Club Pilates community to help them achieve their fitness goals and reach their potential.
