Jennifer’s journey from cheerleader to fitness enthusiast has been nothing short of inspiring. After her active days as a cheerleader in Montreal and Ottawa and as an assistant coach in Montreal, she embraced weight lifting, which became a significant part of her routine. When her gym closed, she explored new avenues in fitness and dove into Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Lagree—quickly falling in love with these practices.
Now, Jennifer has combined her passion for all to enhance her wellness and help others achieve their fitness goals. As she studies to become a certified Pilates instructor, Jennifer is excited to share her journey and create a supportive, motivating environment where everyone feels empowered to succeed.
