Ann started doing Pilates to get a strong core and walked into a Pilates mat class thinking that was all there was to it. Little did she know Pilates would change her life. She walked out of that class completely intrigued with the whole body work out. She kept coming back and yes her core did get stronger the rest of her body began to feel better every day. Ann's shoulder, knees and hip all stopped bothering her through the "magic" of Pilates. She then got introduced to the Pilates reformer and chair and begin to deepen her practice of Pilates even more. Soon she is doing standing lunges, piking and planking on the Reformer and Chair ... movements she never thought I could achieve in her 40s. Ann loved Pilates so much that she wanted to become an instructor and share this wonderful mind body experience with others. She wanted to make a difference for other people ... to help them feel better, move better, and be better everyday. Ann has been doing Pilates for over 10 years and she plans to never stop. Ann has 10 years of experience teaching as a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and is Power Pilates certified.
