Kayla first started doing Pilates as a recovery workout while running track in college. After graduating with a Master’s in education to become a 5th grade teacher, she decided to follow her passion into the fitness industry to become a Pilates instructor through the Club Pilates teacher training program in 2022. Kayla has a love for Pilates because of it's a low impact exercise with high quality results. The ability to strengthen and lengthen the body while also focusing on your center and balance helps to improve your all around health. Pilates has brought me peace and mindfulness into all aspects of my life. Appreciating the beauty in movement and all that life offers us. Kayla is so excited to now help others achieve not only a healthy body, but also a healthy mindset full of gratitude and happiness!
