Alondra Romero
Certified Instructor
Alondra Villa has been an athlete her entire life, starting as a triathlete in high school and later diving into weightlifting, even competing in both bikini and powerlifting competitions. With a passion for fitness and helping others, she became a Pilates instructor in January 2024. Alondra’s teaching style is focused on precision—she explains why each movement is important, where to engage muscles, and how clients should feel during the exercises. She encourages clients to challenge themselves while maintaining a strong focus on form and control.
Alondra completed the 500-hour Club Pilates Teacher Training Program, gaining comprehensive knowledge across all Pilates apparatus. What she enjoys most about instructing is seeing her clients improve daily, helping them reach their goals and set new ones. She aims to provide value by not only teaching movement but also educating clients on how these exercises impact their everyday lives.
Her classes are always personalized, tailored to fit each client’s body and abilities. Alondra believes that Pilates is a lifelong practice where everyone, no matter their experience, can continue to grow—because every expert was once a beginner.
