Her extensive experience includes Pilates, Yoga, Barre, TRX, and other holistic practices, allowing her to offer a well-rounded approach to wellness. Shannon has a background in teaching, which has helped her foster a supportive and inclusive approach to fitness.
Shannon discovered Pilates while pregnant as a gentler yet effective way to move and strengthen her body. She quickly fell in love after experiencing improvements in her posture, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Shannon loves helping members feel empowered, strong, and fearless in class and life. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and encouraging environment where members of all levels can achieve their fitness goals and discover their inner strength.
