For Joanna, it was a logical choice to combine Pilates alongside her bodybuilding and strength training to alleviate back pain. After years of teaching various types of exercise, she was ready for a new way to challenge herself by becoming comprehensevely certified in Pilates. Joanna brings her personal experiences to her classes to push you further in your Pilates practice. Her abilities in understanding that body movement is an art that involves coordination, motivation, and self-discipline.
