Colleen became a fitness enthusiast after losing more than 60 pounds! Her newfound eagerness for fitness and personal transformation inspired her to become a Pilates instructor. She quickly became comprehensively certified and began teaching what she loves. Colleen believes that being active is one of the best things you can do for your health and is excited to share the benefits of Pilates with her clients.
