As a passionate Pilates instructor, Lissa is dedicated to making fitness both fun and accessible. A busy mom of three, she balances club soccer, tumbling, cheer, and her studies at the University of Oregon—so she understands the importance of staying active, even with a packed schedule. She believes Pilates is the perfect way to build strength, improve flexibility, and feel your best.
When she's not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, whose lighthearted humor keeps life entertaining. Together, they love traveling, hiking, and exploring new places. She’s also a fan of great food and never misses a chance to dance!
