Sarah treats Pilates as a way not to just tone, but to strengthen and help repair injuries. Sarah was drawn to Pilates as rehabilitation for her spine.
In 2016, Sarah broke her back in an accident and has used Pilates to help strengthen her spine and reduce pain. This led her to go down the instructor path to help others overcome their injuries and feel better each day.
Get a full-body workout while listening to 80s or 90s tunes in her Thursday evening flows. Sarah loves myofascial release and loves to teach it in the Restore class. Sarah teaches Flow 1 & 1.5 and Restore evenings at West Village (T&W) and Tribeca (TH) Club Pilates.
