Sun started her Pilates journey about 10 years ago, and she has no doubt that Pilates has brought her new aspects of her body and improved her health.
She loves skiing, wake-boarding, riding a bike, and swimming, and Pilates gives her more energy to do all different kinds of sports. Sun believes that Pilates is beneficial for all age groups and body types it can bring positive energy to your life and improve your posture, helping your body handle more activity.
