Kate
Kate has been teaching yoga for almost 8years, with a 200hr and 500hr RYT certification.
She is also NASM certified instructor.
Kate first discovered yoga when she was 15.
After college in nyc, working in the fashion industry, she had a lot of stress and bad posture. She needed some relief. She realized one day, her posture was getting much better., and also learned how to move her body and manage stress, physically, mentally and emotionally. She started teaching yoga because everyone would get the same benefits she felt.
And then came Pilates!
Kate started Pilates because she needed something new for her body.
Since Pilates, it helped her to understand body movement more and to build up strength and muscles, especially core. A year after, she enrolled in teacher training right away. "I love what I do and I would love to share all my knowledge and experience so people can stay healthy physically mentally and emotionally."
