Helen started her Pilates journey when she prepared for wedding in 2022, and surprisingly found Pilates efficiently shaping her posture especially on upper body. She lives an active life and enjoys variety sports like snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, tennis, paddle boarding, swimming, karate, yoga, etc. She received her master degree from Duke University and has been in finance for 10 years, when she found most of her friends and colleagues suffer symptom from prolonged sitting, and Pilates is very efficient to help release chronic pain and rebuild proper body alignment and strength. Also Pilates lays strong foundation through functional training that boost sport performance. She can’t wait to share her passion and love on Pilates with you!
