Instructor
Colleen came to Pilates through her love of fitness and creative movement and found it very beneficial to strengthening the body and preventing injury. She loves and believes in the wholistic approach that Pilates was founded on. She is an avid yogi and strong believer of the benefits of the mind, body, spirit connection which Pilates shares, and she loves seeing her clients progress through applying the Pilates principles of precision, breath, and control while using mindful movement.
In addition to instructing at Club Pilates, Colleen occasionally teaches Pilates mat classes at Premier School Dance as well as works with children at an early childhood development center.
In 2018, she began her comprehensive instructor training program at Club Pilates.
She has a background education in occupational therapy and early childhood development. She is a mom of 3 active teens, and thoroughly enjoys all of what Colorado’s beautiful outdoors has to offer.
