Hanna is a Certified Pilates Instructor, as well as a Canfitpro Fitness Trainer and Dance Teacher. For many years Hanna has been engaged in different types of dance. Several years ago she got injured while participating in a Pole Dance competition. By deeply devoting herself to Pilates, Hanna was able to get rid of the pain and recover from the injury. Her own achievement made her want to help others with their health problems. She also considers Pilates to be a great way to strengthen yourself, tone muscles, improve posture, and build a strong core. Hanna is trained to work with a variety of individuals and special conditions such as pre/post-natal, diastasis, shoulder, SI joint, neck and low back issues, and more. Her passion is to deeply study anatomy, body biomechanics, and functional movement in order to create the right and smart training programs for each individual. Hanna loves to heal people through movement and help them achieve their goals. She loves seeing the progress and making people healthier and a little bit happier in their everyday life.
