Taylor Murtonen started in athletics as a young child. After years of playing high impact sports and 3 pregnancies she was left with back and joint pain. In 2018 she was looking to slow down and incorporate a low impact exercise into her workout routine. Finding Pilates she quickly realized the practice improved her overall athletic performance as well as how she approached fitness. It did not take long before she started feeling the positive impact Pilates had for her mind and body. In 2024 she began teacher training in hopes of helping others to feel better and to share her passion for Pilates.
