After 21 years in the dance world, including my roles as the Coach of the University of Alberta Dance Team and Captain of the Edmonton Oilers Cheer Team, I’ve seen the incredible strength Pilates builds. Pilates is key for my injury prevention, helping me stay active and healthy after my dance journey.
My mission as a teacher is to create a safe environment for practicing mind-body connection while strengthening your muscles and increasing flexibility.
