Jess is a passionate Pilates instructor with a deep commitment to self-care,
mindfulness, and cultivating strength and resilience. Jess blends traditional
techniques with modern fitness moves to create a holistic approach to create
an invigorating workout experience. Her classes emphasize the importance of
mental well-being alongside physical strength, encouraging students to
connect deeply with their bodies and minds. Despite the peaceful vibes Jess
likes to create in class, she notoriously loves a “challenge” and believes
everyone can reach for something greater.
When not teaching Pilates, Jess is a mental health counselor and coach, a boy scout leader, mom of two boys and two dogs, and an avid knitter. Join Jess on the reformer, mat, or chair and embark on a transformative journey to a healthier, more balanced you, with plenty of laughter along the way.
