Hi! My interest in Pilates started during my university and early career years. I enjoyed those classes as they helped improve my core strength while staying fit. After I gave birth to my first child, I became more interested in Pilates to recover and restore my physical and mental health. I found beauty in continuous practicing! It was not just a workout routine to me anymore; I truly found it to be a technique to regain my core strength while improving my mobility and flexibility in my body! I am passionate about helping people experience an improved lifestyle through practicing Pilates during pregnancy, post-partum, and rehabilitation process while finding satisfaction in their fitness journey. Outside of Pilates, you will find me in the financial district in Toronto or running around with my toddler at a park. I strongly encourage anyone and everyone regardless of your lifestyle and background to try Pilates and appreciate the journey!
