Bill’s fitness journey began after a career-ending injury as a police officer and a sedentary lifestyle led to significant weight gain, deconditioning, and chronic pain. Determined to turn things around, he started walking, returned to physical therapy, and eventually joined a gym. With dedication and guidance from a trainer, he reduced his body fat by more than half, returned to his high school weight, and built muscle to support his injuries.
As Bill's passion for fitness and nutrition grew, he earned certifications through NASM as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant, and became a certified TRX instructor. His commitment to health inspired not only his clients but also positively influenced the well-being of his kids.
Building on his work in the gym, Bill turned to Pilates, discovering its powerful blend of mind-body connection and precise movement. Motivated by his instructors, he pursued his own certification and now teaches Pilates while continuing to serve his local gym community.
Bill believes in making fitness (and life) fun, using results-driven programming to improve quality of life, boost performance, and preserve independence at any age.
