Dina’s love for fitness started in getting active and participating in group aerobic exercises like Jazzercise, kickboxing, Crossfit, aerial yoga, barre, hot yoga, F45, and several others. You name it, Dina has probably tried it! But when she discovered Reformer Pilates, she never looked back. She is trained in Reformer, mat, apparatus, and TRX through Club Pilates. Dina promotes health and wellness by helping others through activity and movement. Outside the studio, she also enjoys walking or running at the park, or weight training at the gym.
